Markham Springboard Diving Club

Optimal Diving is a springboard diving club introducing young athletes into the exciting world of springboard diving. Our diving programs range from the entry-level Learn-to-Dive classes to the national-level competitive practices.

Optimal Diving welcomes young athletes that have the drive and motivation to develop their mental and physical conditioning through the sport of diving. You can register with us at any time - we run our programs year-round.

We take our divers beyond the basics, as at Optimal Diving practices we have the right conditions to work on personalized, athlete-specific goals.

As a full member of Dive Ontario and Diving Canada, Optimal Diving has a competitive team that regularly competes in provincial and national diving championships. Watch our competitive team at some of the recent competitions.
